4-after this incident, the trustee’s na\u015f was handed over to his family and buried in his hometown, and the defendant did not hold any military ceremony by the administration and did not enjoy the rights of martyrdom. The application made by us to the defendant administration was negative. (Appendix 4)<\/p>\n
5-Our client and his family are deeply saddened by the defendant’s statement that the trustee should not be considered a \u201cmartyr\u201d by the administration. Over the years, our client’s father has made countless contributions to both the army and the country, making countless sacrifices in defiance of his family and personal life.<\/p>\n
6-based on the reasons mentioned above, the trustee was obliged to ask the court to be considered a martyr due to the mentioned incident.<\/p>\n
