WITHDRAWAL FROM PARTNERSHIP<br \/>\nExclusion from the partnership is defined in the TTC as the provision of a partner to leave the partnership against their will. The removal of the partner from the partnership is basically possible based on the reasons provided for in the articles of association or if there is a good reason.
