5 -) as a result of this incident, the defendant continued to act as if nothing had happened and entered and left the client’s House under the pretext of something and based on their being neighbors, and our client was unable to leave his room, experiencing fear every time he saw him. \u201cOur client does not have any caste,\u201d the defendant wrote in his defense of the matter. However, it is not possible for the crime of sexual harassment to be committed outside the Will and intent of the accused.<\/p>\n
