2 – with the contract, our client monthly….. TL fee,…… TL per match fee, and ….\/\u2026. during the season …. in case of Match Play and above …… TL extra fee has been decided.<\/p>\n
3 – upon the non-payment of our client’s agreed fee in the building of the said contract,…… the Notary Public…..\/\u2026.\/\u2026. dated and …. notice of Duty has been sent to the defendant Sports Club and it has been reported that the contract will be terminated unilaterally. (Annex-2)<\/p>\n
4-upon the notice sent, it was reported that the contract was unilaterally terminated by the dated notice and that this termination was registered with the Turkish Football Federation because the defendant party did not make any payments. (Annex -3)<\/p>\n
5 – in an oral conversation with our client, the defendant yan, on the grounds that he was defeated in the home field and also violated the peace and discipline of the team….. Although he stated that the TL fine will be deducted and therefore his fees will not be paid, no notification has been made to us regarding the actions of our client and no notification has been given to the Turkish Football Federation.<\/p>\n
6-for the reasons explained above, it was necessary to apply to the court for the collection of our receivables that were not paid unfairly and without basis.<\/p>\n
