FAMILY COURT<\/p>\n<p>PLAINTIFF :<\/p>\n<p>Deputy :<\/p>\n<p>DEFENDANT :<\/p>\n<p>Subject: it is our desire to abolish the property regime.<\/p>\n<p>INSTRUCTIONS :<\/p>\n<p>1 -) our client and the defendant have been married since &#8230; \/ &#8230; \/ &#8230; \/\u2026.\/ &#8230; in the history of our client, he filed for divorce, claiming that he was shaken by the foundation of the marriage union; as a result of the ongoing case &#8230; the Family Court &#8230;.\/\u2026. E. \u2026.\/\u2026. K. by his numbered decision, he decided that the parties &#8230; should live separately for a period of years.<\/p>\n<p>2 -) the parties have previously accepted the property partnership regime between them and want the property regime to be abolished during the separation due to the fact that it is not possible to apply the rules of this regime during the annual separation period given by the court.<\/p>\n<p>Legal reasons: 4721 P.
