1 -) our client’s mother, muris, died of a heart attack. (Annex-1)<\/p>\n
2 -) in accordance with the will filed in front of our client and other heirs …\/…\/… our client was deprived of his inheritance. In the will, the fact that our client married Muris out of court, despite all his objections, is cited as the reason for the removal.<\/p>\n
3 -) 510 of the Turkish Civil Code No. 4721. in the article, it is provided that the heir can be removed from the inheritance if he has committed a serious crime against the heir or one of the relatives of the heir, or if the heir has not significantly fulfilled his obligations arising from family law against the heir or members of the family of the heir. The reason put forward in the Will is not among the reasons set out in the law. Our client has neither committed a crime against murise or her relatives, nor violated his obligations.
