The goods whose belonging cannot be proven will be counted as the property of the spouses.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n3- Each spouse will be responsible for all of his \/ her goods due to his \/ her debts.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n4- In the event of the expiry of the property regime, each spouse will take back the property of the other.
