People may not be called or recognized by their parents or may be referred to by another name in addition. In this case, it is necessary to mention the existence of a name-adding case. For example, if a person named Ahmet is known as Ahmet Hasan by his circle of friends, business or school life, it is necessary for the person to file a lawsuit with a request for a name to be added.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this case and the people who make the request should file a name-adding lawsuit that includes these requests. The main element in terms of changing the name or adding a new name is the concept of proof. In the case to be opened, the existence and proof of a justifiable reason is sought to be added by the court.<\/p>\n<p>What can be considered a justified reason is given place by our legal legislation, various case law has been formed due to the decisions of the Supreme Court. However, the justifiable reasons contained in the legislation and stated in the case law are not limiting. The judge appreciates whether a justifiable reason has been put forward to include the name by the plaintiff in the concrete case.<\/p>\n<p>The person may request the addition of a name that has a meaning so as not to contradict customary customs.
