Appointment and role of mediator :<\/p>\n
The mediator shall be appointed by the parties as determined in the programme and the mediator shall mediate the settlement of the dispute in accordance with the rules of the convention set out in the programme.
\nThe mediator shall be obliged to act impartially in conducting the mediation activity and shall not be able to act in a manner that would raise doubts about his impartiality.

\nMEDIATION___________________ :<\/p>\n
Unless otherwise stipulated between the parties and the mediator, mediation is carried out at the time and place specified in the schedule.
\nIf it is not agreed by the parties, the mediator shall carry out the mediation activity taking into account the nature of the dispute, the requests of the parties and the procedures and principles required for the speedy resolution of the dispute.

CONFLICT OF INTERESTS<\/p>\n
