Borrowed.As stated in the bond, he did not pay his debt even though he was due.<\/p>\n<p>2. To the debtor &#8230; daily, &#8230;.. despite the notification of the protest Notice No. of the day, the debtor defaulted by not paying his debt.<\/p>\n<p>3. I have learned that the debtor is indebted to multiple individuals who have not paid his debt, and that he is quickly disposing of his movable and immovable property. It wasn&#8217;t secured by a pledge.<\/p>\n<p>4. If execution follow-up is expected, the collection of the claim will be compromised.
