(Appendix-1)<\/p>\n<p>2 -) the decision, which was also upheld in the appeal and decision correction phases, was finalized on the date of&#8230;\/&#8230;\/&#8230;. (Annex-2) therefore, our client&#8217;s sentence is at the execution stage.<\/p>\n<p>3 -) Our client is currently a university student (Annex-3) and his \/ her university faculty graduation exams are between &#8230; \/ &#8230; \/ &#8230; and&#8230;\/&#8230;\/&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; (Annex-4) it is very important for our client to prepare for the final exams at the mentioned dates and to participate in these exams.<\/p>\n<p>4 -) in order to prepare and participate in these exams which will directly affect the future life of our client, it is necessary to apply to you to leave the execution of the sentence given against our client until after the final exams.<\/p>\n<p>Legal reasons: 5275 S.
