In addition, intermediaries who contribute to this crime by mediating tenders will be punished in accordance with the same law.<\/p>\n<p>In order for the offence of withdrawal without increase to benefit to occur, there must be a tender made by the execution Directorate and it is necessary for the execution offences that a benefit or a promise has been made to the defendant not to participate in or withdraw from this tender.<\/p>\n<p>The follow-up of the crime depends on the complaint and a complaint must be made by the creditor, debtor or related third parties.<\/p>\n<p>The court in charge of these enforcement offences is the Enforcement Criminal Court, and these matters cannot be combined with criminal proceedings in other courts.
