However, if the debtor pays fully the amount subject to enforcement proceedings, this penalty will be reduced.\r\n\r\nOf course, there must be an increase in assets or earnings in order for the borrower to be able to make such a declaration. Otherwise, the debtor cannot be punished under this article.\r\n\r\nThe court responsible for the offense is the Executive Criminal Court.
