In the event of the fulfillment of the obligations stated in these articles, the penalty of execution crimes given shall be reduced.\r\n\r\nAs mentioned above, the first paragraph of the text of the article has been annulled by the Constitutional Court's decision, but since there is no cancellation decision on the second paragraph, the enforcement offenses are in force.
