\nThe defendant requested the dismissal of the case.

3- According to article 56 \/ b of the law numbered 2547, it is forbidden for the defendant university to be exempted from fees.<\/p>\n
4- It is wrong to think that the amount of gratitude is not clear or gross.<\/p>\n
