Forensic holiday time<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 102 – (REGISTRATION ARTICLE RGT: 07.07.2013 RG NO: 28700 LAW NO: 6494\/30) (CODE 2) (CODE 1)
\n(1) The judicial holiday begins on July 21 every year and ends on the 30th of August. The new forensic year begins in September.<\/p>\n
Litigation and works to be seen in the forensic holiday<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 103 – (1) Forensic holidays, but the following cases and works are seen:<\/p>\n
a) Provision of provisional legal protection such as precautionary measures, precautionary seizures and determination of evidences, requests for receipt of maritime reports and appointment of dispatcher, and objections to and against other applications.
\n2. b) All kinds of alimony and cases of law enforcement, custody and litigation<\/p>\n
3.c) Population registration works and cases.<\/p>\n
\u00e7) Lawsuits filed by workers due to service contract or employment contract.<\/p>\n
d) Requests for the issuance of a loss certificate due to the loss of commercial books and the cancellation works resulting from the loss of the negotiable documents.
\ne) Works and lawsuits related to the reconstruction of bankruptcy and concordatorium and capital companies and cooperatives.
\nf) Discoveries to be made on judicial holidays.
\ng) Lawsuits and affairs which fall under the jurisdiction of the court.
\nj) Judicial work without contention.<\/p>\n
h) The lawsuits and affairs which are deemed to be urgent in the law or which are decided by the court to be considered urgent upon the request of one of the parties.
\n(2) In the event of agreement by the parties or in the absence of a party, it may be left after the judicial holiday, at the request of the party concerned, to look at the above matters and work.<\/p>\n
(3) For the judicial holiday, the cases and cases against the cases other than those shown in the above paragraphs; a court, the regional court of the Court or the Supreme Court to send the process is also done.<\/p>\n
(4) The provisions of this article shall also apply to the investigations of the regional courts of appeal and the Court of Cassation.<\/p>\n
Impact of forensic holiday on time<\/p>\n
ARTICLE 104 – (1) In case of lawsuits and works subject to judicial holiday, if the time period set by this law coincides with the holiday time, these periods shall be deemed extended for a week from the day the judicial holiday ends.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
