<\/span>What is Forensic Registry?<\/p>\n

Based on the final court decision, the information about criminal and security measures is recorded and the system is called ve judicial registry ve. A criminal record can be described as a criminal record of a citizen within the State. The criminal record is also called criminal record.<\/p>\n

The court decision must be finalized in order to enforce the criminal or security measure sanction imposed on the person for any offense. Indefinite court decisions shall not be entered in the criminal record.<\/p>\n

What information is recorded in the criminal record?<\/p>\n

<\/span>1- Sentences of imprisonment shall be recorded in a criminal record. <\/span>If the person is conditionally released after a certain period of imprisonment due to his \/ her imprisonment, the decision of conditional release (evacuation) shall be entered in the criminal record. <\/span>In the case of conditional release, the decision on the extension of the inspection period and the withdrawal of the conditional release decision shall be entered into the criminal record.<\/p>\n

<\/span>2 – If the person has completed the prison sentence for his \/ her imprisonment, information on the completion of the execution of the prison sentence shall be included in the criminal record.<\/p>\n

<\/span>3 – If the prison sentence is postponed, the duration of the period for which the person is subject to should be included along with the information that the sentence is postponed. <\/span>In addition, if the period of audit is passed as an appropriate and good condition, the issue of punishment shall be deemed to have been executed. <\/span>If the sentence was postponed, the decision was made to be taken in the execution institution because the obligations of the supervision period were not complied with.<\/p>\n

<\/span>4- Information on the judicial fine is also entered in the criminal record. <\/span>If a judicial fine has been paid, it is stated that he has been executed by payment, if he is not paid a fine, he has been executed partially or fully by pressure imprisonment and recorded in a criminal record.<\/p>\n

<\/span>5- In case of conviction for imprisonment for short term imprisonment, the decision shall take place in the judicial record.<\/p>\n

<\/span>6. The decision on the prohibition of the exercise of a certain right and authority or the prohibition of the exercise of a certain profession or art, or the withdrawal of the driver’s license, shall be entered in the criminal record, given the exceptional circumstances of the deprivation of the exercise of certain rights.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
