Law No. 6644 On Amendments To The Law On The Court Of Cassation And The Law On Civil Procedure 2.article 60 of the Supreme Court Law No. 2797.according to the amendment made in the article and published in the Official Gazette dated 11.04.2015, the file sent to him for appeal review by the court, as a result of the preliminary examination that he will conduct within a month, if he does not consider himself an officer in terms of division of labor, he must send the file to the Legal Division of Labor Review Board along with the grounds, it was necessary to decide that the case file should be sent to the Legal Division of Labor Review Board of the Supreme Court to determine the office in charge.

Conclusion: it was unanimously decided on 31/12/2015 that the case file should be sent to the Judicial Division of Labor Review Board of the Supreme Court for the determination of the Office.
