After a dispute arises between you and the counterparty, but you can go to the mediator before dec to court or arbitration, as well as after filing a lawsuit in court, you can go to the mediator.

ARE ALL CASES COVERED BY MEDIATION?
No. Mediation is possible only on issues that the parties can decide of their own free will. More precisely, the parties can go to the mediator on issues that do not concern public order and are conducive to forced enforcement. For example, mediation is not possible in criminal cases, cases related to population registration, or cases related to the custody of children in matters that the parties cannot make subject to the contract.
