What Is the Capacity To Have Rights Of Foreigners Within The Borders Of Turkey

Licence

Rights and legal rights are subject to the National Law of the person concerned.

A person who is unlicensed according to national law depends on the legal action he or she takes if he or she is competent according to the law of the country in which the transaction was made. Family and inheritance law and transactions related to rights in kind on real estate in another country are excluded from this provision.

According to the National Law of a person’s maturity, citizenship does not end with the change.

The rights and rights of legal persons or communities of persons or goods are subject to the administrative center law in their status. However, if the actual administrative center is located in Turkey, Turkish law can be applied.

The driving license of legal entities without a status and communities of persons or goods without a legal personality is subject to the law of the actual administrative center.
