Extortion
(1) A public servant who executes a person to benefit himself or someone else by abusing the influence provided by his office or to make a promise in this way is punished with a prison sentence of five to ten years. In the face of unfair attitudes and behaviors of a public official, in the fear that a person’s rightful job will not be seen at all or at least on time, as required, if he feels obliged, he has provided benefits to a public official or the person he will direct, the existence of jul is accepted.
(2) A public servant who convinces a person to benefit himself or someone else or to make a promise in this way by fraudulent behavior committed by abusing the trust provided by his office shall be punished with a prison sentence of three to five years.
(3) If the crime defined in the second paragraph is committed by taking advantage of the person’s mistake, a prison sentence of one to three years shall be imposed.
(4) Taking into account the value of the interest obtained and the economic situation of the victim, the penalty to be given in accordance with the above paragraphs may be reduced to half.
