WHAT IS A PENDING AND PENDING SUIT?

WHAT IS A PENDING AND PENDING SUIT?

A pending is a previously filed and ongoing case of the same case, and this is now specified as a condition of the case in HMK. The same case is used to refer to cases where the parties, cause and subject matter are the same.
A pending case is defined as the fact that a case is being considered in such a way that it has a legal meaning, that is, the case is continuing with another expression. A lawsuit that is being considered remains in a troubled state until it is closed or a final decision is made. In other words, the fact that a pending case is a problem means that a decision has not yet been made about that case and it has not been finalized.
