What Are The Periods Of Notice To The Counterparty For Termination Of Employment Contracts For An Indefinite Period

The other party must be notified of the situation before termination of employment contracts for an indefinite period.

Employment contracts;

a) for an employee whose work has taken less than six months, two weeks after the notification has been made to the other party,

b) for an employee whose work has lasted from six months to one and a half years, four weeks after the notification has been made to the other party,

c) for an employee whose work has lasted from one and a half to three years, six weeks after the notification has been made to the other party,

d) for an employee whose work has lasted more than three years, eight weeks after the notification,

It’s almost defunct.

These periods are minimum and can be increased by contracts.
