WHAT ARE THE ELEMENTS OF A WORK ACCIDENT?
In order for an incident to be characterized as an work accident, four elements must occur. These;

The accident victim must be insured,
The fact that the casualty has been physically or spiritually apologized to immediately or afterwards,
The insured person’s place and time is as of 5510/13. according to one of the points mentioned in the article, an accident may occur,
