Conditions for Workers Whose Employment Contract has been Terminated to be Eligible for Cash Wage Support

The employment contract of a worker has expired after March 15, 2020

An employee’s employment contract must have expired to qualify for unemployment benefits, but according to other provisions of the Unemployment Insurance Law No. 4447, he cannot benefit from unemployment benefits.
An employee must not receive an old-age pension from any social security organization.
