VEHICLE SALES AGREEMENT

CONDITIONS;

1 – the price of the car is subject to sales………-TL (name …………………..) is in advance to the seller by the buyer ../../….. has been paid on the date. Date of delivery of the vehicle by the seller to the buyer ../../….. as it was agreed.

2 – if the seller does not transfer the vehicle by the date it must deliver, it has received ………….. – It will pay back the TL at an annual interest rate of % … from the date of the contract.
