CASE OF COMPENSATION – CLAIMANT’S CLAIM FOR RECEIVABLES BASED ON THE LEGAL REASON OF UNJUSTIFIED ENRICHMENT – DISPUTE RESOLUTION IS THE DUTY OF THE GENERAL COURTS – THE PROVISION IS BROKEN
