TERMINATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION SERVITUDE

Termination of construction servitude:

Article 49 – The owner or co-owners of the land subject to the construction servitude can always terminate this construction servitude by deleting the registration record of the construction servitude with a written statement that they will give to the land registry officer.

The construction servitude ends spontaneously with the complete destruction of the land subject to it or the fact that it cannot be built on or expropriated.
