INSTRUCTIONS :

1-With the defendant …/…/…. i got married yesterday.

2- The defendant went to Germany a year ago to work as a laborer. I have not heard from the defendant as of the date of /…/. Upon my application … the Court …/… E. …/… K. by its numbered decision, the defendant’s victory was decided.

3- For the reason described, it was necessary to open this case in order to decide on the dissolution of the marriage.

LEGAL EVIDENCE: Population registration, wrongful decision, witness statements and all kinds of legal evidence when necessary.
