Property Separation Regime within the framework of the following provisions:

 

1- Each of the spouses will have the right of management, use and disposal on their own assets within the legal limits.

 

2- The spouse who claims that a certain property belongs to him will be obliged to prove his claim. The goods whose belonging cannot be proven will be counted as the property of the spouses.

 

3- Each spouse will be responsible for all of his / her goods due to his / her debts.

 

4- In the event of the expiry of the property regime, each spouse will take back the property of the other. In addition, the spouse who proves that he has the superior benefit, besides other measures, will be able to request the other's share to be given to him on the day of payment by giving him the amount of the goods in our shared ownership.
