INSTRUCTIONS

1-belongs to our client …… plates ……model ….on the brand car …/…/…, ….province ……..County …….in the control of his position …..he was tied up for allegedly carrying smuggled cigarettes and alcohol and confiscated by the prosecutor’s office.

2-It will only be noticed if the license contained in the appendix is examined, the owner of the confiscated vehicle is our client, and the person who October the vehicle on the date of the crime is 3.who is in the person position……..’dir.

3-Our client is abroad…..he is making an export and had to stop his business activities due to the confiscation of his vehicle. The only source of livelihood of our client is his commercial activity, and he has been put in a difficult situation financially and spiritually due to this incident.

4-The subject of our client’s indictment has nothing to do with the smuggling incident, and we have been obliged to apply for the return of the confiscated vehicle to us.
