1. Our client, the plaintiff, purchased from the defendant in an external deed the land measuring square meter, surrounded by a two-story building on the East, a street on the West, a stream on the north and a one-story building on the south, located in the County … District … neighborhood/village. The possession of the land has also been handed over to our client following the purchase. Our client, after receiving the land, excavated the foundation in the immovable and built the concrete pillars and beams of the building, but had to decelerate due to material impossibilities.

2. However, the defendant … intervened in the construction of the land owned by our client and made it an abode by weaving parts of the building. Upon this, our client reported the situation to the prefect, but the client was informed that they had no authority to intervene in this situation, so it became necessary to open this case.

3. The defendant has no right to the property in question. Records relating to the property tax paid by our client also prove our business case. The client has learned of the defendant’s rape of the said plot in his history, and within his legal time the business has filed this case.

Legal evidence: Real Estate Sale bill , Governor’s office … daily decision and file, witnesses, discovery and expert report, property tax records and other legal evidence of any kind

Legal reason: the relevant articles of the TMC and other legislation.

Request and Conclusion : at the end of the examination of my evidence collected, we respectfully request and request that the defendant be ordered to refrain from any interference with our client’s possession and to protect our client’s possession in accordance with the relevant articles of the TMC, and to take the power of attorney from the defendant.
