TO THE COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE

Legal Reason : TMY 747 and other related legislation

Instructions :

1. … i am the owner of an immovable property with kain at my address and registered in my name with the name … ada … parcel number in the title deed.

There is no way out of this real estate (for example: House, land, field) on Dec general road. Although I have requested this issue before, the defendant is not allowed to leave.
It is imperative that I take the general path. I am unable to use the real estate in question due to this obstacle. For this reason, the opening of this case has become mandatory.
I request that the right of passage be established for me to take the general road from the appropriate part of the immovable property belonging to the defendant … the island … parcel no.
