Subject of the case: consists of a request for refusal of the judge.

Reasons for turning : 1 – What is being seen in your court………./…. In the main case, the defendant’s lawyer stated that he would definitely win this case because the judge handling the case was an enemy of my client.

2-my client has died in a car accident that he did earlier. As a result of my client’s research on the words of the defendant’s lawyer, it was revealed that the judge handling the case was the son of the person who died in a traffic accident (……). In this case, ……… in accordance with the paragraph, it is stated that the judge may refuse.

3-for these reasons, there is an obligation to reject the judge.
