1-) My client is one of the shareholders of the Joint Stock Company.

2-) My client transferred his shares in the company to … on the date of /…//. This transfer transaction has been registered in the company’s share register in accordance with the law. We present the records about this in October appendix.

3-) For this reason, it has become mandatory to submit a request for the registration of my client’s share transfer.
