2. Our client is the plaintiff………….I am an artist who has made a name for his art. The public recognizes our client by the surname of her divorced husband. However, with the divorce, our client was forced to take his own surname.
3. It is mandatory for our client to use the surname of the defendant’s husband, whom she divorced, in terms of art. This use will not cause any harm to the defendant.
