SUBJECT : Request for Refusal of Inheritance.

INSTRUCTIONS :

1-) My client’s father passed away on …, …/…/… date. Your wife has a menstrual heir… besides my client.

2-) Muris has made many expenses in his health and has fallen under a lot of debt. In this context, there are no securities or real estate assets at the time of Murisin’s death. As it is, it is in debt. Our client learned that Murisin was in debt as a result of the initiation of enforcement proceedings on his behalf due to the debts incurred by Murisin after his death.

3-) For these reasons, my client refuses the inheritance left by his father.

LEGAL REASONS : MK No. 4721. and all other provisions of legal legislation,
