Subject: request for criticism of Probate debts.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 -) My client, Muris …’s, …/…/… with the Will issued on the date of the deed … the island,…… the parcel was owned by the real estate, and in turn, the institution established by the same will was obliged to give the Turkish lira every month.

2 -) but later, a lawsuit was filed by the heirs of murisin for the tenkis of the Will, and his benefit was restricted by applying the tenkis provisions on the real estate belonging to my client. We present the decision on this with our petition.

3 -) therefore, in order for probate debts to be criticised, the case of filing a lawsuit has become mandatory.

Legal reasons: 4721 P. K. m. 563 and related legislation.

Legal evidence: will, land registry, tenkis decision and other evidence.

Conclusion and claim : for the reasons explained above, I respectfully request that your Supreme Court decide on the tenk of probate debts.
