INSTRUCTIONS:

1- My client has never met the defendant before the incident and has no relationship with him. My client, who always takes his clothes to the dry cleaners at the place called …, left his shirt there again on the day of the incident. When he returned to pick them up, he saw the defendant arguing with an employee inside.

2- My client said that he was in a hurry and wanted to get his shirt delivered immediately if possible. The employee there also immediately put the shirt on the counter to pack it and went to get the wrapping paper to pack it from the warehouse in the back. The defendant, who was angry at being interrupted like that, became angry and tore my client’s shirt and insulted him.

3- The disintegration of this shirt gifted by his father and this insult against my client have deeply upset my client. We are complaining to the defendant about this insult and property damage committed to my client by the defendant, whom he had never known before.

LEGAL REASONS: Turkish Criminal Code and Code of Criminal Procedure, provisions of the relevant legislation

EVIDENCE: Workplace camera recordings and testimony of witnesses who were inside
