SUBJECT OF THE LAWSUIT : Correction of the death record as correct.

EVENTS : 1- Client …………..although he is still alive, somehow the population was registered as if he had died.

2- The client, who learned about this situation at the time of applying for marriage procedures, had to cancel the death registration in the population in order to be able to complete the marriage procedures and exercise other civil rights.

For this reason, it has been mandatory to open this lawsuit in order to correct the death record correctly.

LEGAL REASONS :

EVIDENCE : Population registration, witness statement and all kinds of evidence.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST : I wish that with the acceptance of our case according to the reason given above and the evidence shown, it will be decided to cancel the death registration of the client in the population register and to register him alive in the population.
