Subject of the lawsuit: a request for the return of gifts due to the breakdown of the engagement.

Events: 1-client ………. with Defendant ……….. they got engaged about 1 year ago. Despite the fact that their relationship during the period of their engagement was very good, the defendant informed the client that he broke off the engagement about a month ago, without any reason and without any justification.

2-both during the engagement ceremony and during the engagement period, my client gave the items that we have given the list below to the defendant as an engagement gift.
