If there is more than one foreclosure on the same property, there is a participation in the foreclosure. A subsidiary that is subject to foreclosure (Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law No. 2004 m. 100 ) as it may be, it is also possible to participate in the foreclosure without following the reasons specified in the law.

For the foreclosed subsidiary, there must be a follow-up against the debtor and there must be conditions for foreclosure. If the foreclosure request is not made within the legal period or is not renewed within this period after it is withdrawn, the file is removed from the transaction. A request can be made from the enforcement directorate until the sale price of the foreclosed property enters the enforcement teller. In case of objection, the request for participation in the foreclosure is considered temporary. In the appeal, the claimant is required to sue the objector. If the case is concluded in favor, the temporary participation in the foreclosure turns into a definite participation in the foreclosure.
