HOW IS A PRISON TRANSFER DONE?
02 Feb HOW IS A PRISON TRANSFER DONE?
As specified in Articles 54 to 57 of the Law No. 5275 on the Execution of Criminal and Security Measures, the dispatch and transfer of convicts and detainees;
– Of their own accord,
– Due to discipline,
– For mandatory reasons,
– Due to illness, it is carried out.
The point to be taken into account here is that the convicts and detainees themselves will cover the costs of their shipments and transfers carried out at their own request, while the costs of other shipments and transfers will be covered by the State.
