Family Housing-Rental of Real Estate
In real estate rented as a family residence, the tenant cannot terminate the lease agreement after the explicit consent of his spouse.
If it is not possible to obtain this consent, or if the spouse refuses to give his consent for no good reason, the tenant may ask the judge to make a decision on this issue.
If the non-tenant spouse acquires the title of party to the lease agreement by notifying the lessor, the lessor must separately notify the tenant and his spouse of the payment period related to the notice of termination and the notice of termination.
