EXECUTION OF THE SENTENCE, POSTPONEMENT OF THE EXECUTION

If an act specified as a crime is committed in the TCK, the trial process begins for the person who committed the crime. As a result of the trial, a fine or a prison sentence may be imposed on a person who is deemed to have committed a crime as a result of the trial. The execution of the punishment also implies the punishment by depriving the person of certain rights due to the finalized crime.

In certain cases, it is possible to postpone the execution of the punishment. Postponing execution due to mental illness: Mental illness is a critical reason that postpones both the driving license of the act and the execution of the sentence. The execution of his sentence is postponed until the person suffering from mental illness recovers.

Postponement of execution due to other diseases: In addition to mental illness, if a person has been diagnosed with a fatal or serious illness, the convict may request a postponement of the execution of his sentence. In such cases, the convict does not have his sentence executed until he regains his health.
