Execution of Punishment

If an act referred to as a crime is committed in the TCK, the trial process begins against the person who committed the crime. As a result of the trial, a person deemed to have committed a crime can be fined or given a prison sentence. The execution of the sentence also refers to the punishment of the person being deprived of certain rights due to his or her final crime.

In certain cases, it is possible to delay the execution of the sentence. Postponement of execution due to mental illness: mental illness is a critical reason that postpones both the execution of the verb and the execution of the sentence. The execution of his sentence is delayed until the person with mental illness has recovered.

Postponement of execution due to other diseases: if a person has been diagnosed with a fatal or severe illness, other than mental illness, the convict may request that the execution of his sentence be postponed. In such cases, the convict does not execute his sentence until he is healthy.
