INSTRUCTIONS :

1 -) the complainant and our client agreed to install a satellite dish on the date of the company … / … / … (Annex-1) and the necessary technical installation was carried out by the elements of our client’s company …/ …/ … on the date. During this installation, the company’s employees stated that the satellite dish should not be installed on the balcony due to the presence of a small child in the house, but the complainant insisted that it should be placed on the balcony. In fact, this issue has been recorded by the company’s employees with a record. (Annex-2)

2 -) The complainant observed that the image quality gradually decreased after the signing of the contract, and because of this situation, our client called the company. It was found that the child in the house was playing with the antenna cables, causing it to wear out, and it was reported to the complainant.

3 -) … / … / … as a result of the maintenance performed by the company’s employees on the date of the image quality has improved, but … / … / … our client has applied to the company on the grounds that the same problem has occurred again on the date. As in the previous problem, the cables were found to be wearing out again and this issue was documented by photographs. (Annex-3) for the protection of the cables, the company’s employees offered to wrap the cables, but they were not accepted by the complainant.

4 -) because of the reason described, our client has fulfilled all the obligations that fall on the firm, it is necessary to request that the complainant’s request be decided to reject.
