INSTRUCTIONS :

1-)our client …/…/… in history …… magnitude …… We manufacture …. model …. he delivered the antique carpet to the defendant company for washing, and due to this incident, the total….. He paid a service fee in TL, but in return he was given a cash register receipt for the sale of cleaning agents instead of a service fee invoice. (Annex-1)

2 -) after the carpet subject to the case has been delivered to the defendant company …. it was delivered to our client a week later. (Annex-2) however, our client found that the subject carpet in the case faded after cleaning and lost its original form on the date of delivery to the defendant, and applied to the relevant company to remedy this damage.

3 -) despite the constant actions taken by the defendant company to repair the damage on the carpet, the defendant company, which was not successful, left the carpet in front of the door with the ingenuity of the elements in its history, although our client did not agree, and because of the incident, our client and his wife arranged two minutes in which the company members abstained from signing. (Annex-3)

4 -) for the matter explained above, as by us……. An application has been submitted to the prefect’s Arbitration Committee on consumer issues, and the Arbitration Committee on consumer issues …/…/… date and….. in accordance with law 6502, it was decided to pay the money of the defendant company at the market value of the carpet. 5 -) we notified the defendant company of this decision of the arbitral tribunal on the date …/…/… which is the market value of the carpet, M2 …… TL……………………… TL’s….. it was requested to be paid within the day, but during the recognized period, the defendant did not respond to the company’s warnings, nor was the payment made. 5 -) in order to cover some of the material and moral damage experienced by our client, the business has had to open this case.
