End Of Floor Easement

End of floor easement:

Article 49-the owner or co-owners of the land subject to the floor easement may terminate this easement at any time by deleting the floor easement register with a written statement that they will give to the land registry officer.

The floor easement ends spontaneously when the land subject to it is completely destroyed or cannot be built on it or expropriated.
