Determination Of The Social Security Board On The Degree Of Disability

The disability degree is decided by the Social Security Institution Health Board and the disability pension is determined according to this decision. Upon the request of the Social Security Board, the hospitals authorized by the Social Security Board have duly retired and are insured by the Social Security Institution Health Board. .

It is seen that the degree of the report received from the referral hospital's health committee is generally reduced by the Social Security Institution Health Committee. As a matter of fact, you can use your right to appeal against the report of the Social Security Institution Health Board if you are not retired due to disability. If your appeal is not settled, your disability degree is not changed and you are not retired, you can sue the Labor Court. According to the report you will receive from the hospital to be appointed by the court; the court will decide your degree of disability. And if the court decides you've lost 60 percent of your workforce, you can retire disability.
